Senator Taylor moved that the Senate rescind its previous action in n          
failing to adopt the Conference Committee Report on                            
CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 43                                
Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska                
relating to the rights of victims of crimes and to criminal                    
administration.                                                                
                                                                               
The question being: "Shall the Senate rescind its previous action in           
failing to adopt the Conference Committee Report?"  The roll was
